time2touch mc7403a HELP!!

hi i have a mc7403a tablet running 4.04 and i cant seem to find any usb drivers for it or any thing to do with rooting it can anyone help please?

I can't find much info on it but for anyone who checks this out, we are talking about a Time2Touch brand tab:
