Daily special for our beloved leechers

As the title suggests I just did a small MOD to the CMScreenshot.apk found in /system/app that is used on the Power Menu Options.

The MOD simply changes where the the app saves the screenshots from /sdcard/DCIM/Screenshots to /sdcard/_ExternalSD/Screenshots. This way all your screenshots get saved on your external instead of internal sd card.

WARNING:

DO NOT FLASH IF YOU HAVE NO EXTERNAL SD CARD!!!!

Small thread too, no need to make such a big fuzz about it, for once a smali was easy enough to read, understand, and modify

too much talking already, get it HERE if you want it

push it to /system/app/ and done, no need to restart.

"yes. i've modded the app so it does not show on the app drawer, and i can see the app inside /system/app using root explorer but i cant see it with TB which leads me to believe the app is not installed, or is it?"

Just cleaned it out, thats a weekly thing lol. From what I found in google you were doing it right. ANd I'm not a tibu fan so I dont have anything nice to say about it

RE is the best, it does the job when all others fail.

Key to seeing if its installed is install your settings etc n see if it works

btw, this mod was one of those things found by accident, while trying to do something else; and i wasnt even messing w/ the screenshot app

yeah i know what you mean on that, i was messing around with the new settings header and ended up changing the headers on all screens to match the JB theme.
