*I did a quick search for OUR phone but it didnt pop-up on the results.

So heres how to enable shutdown animations and what you'll need for that matter.

Requirements:
Root
A root explorer app
And lots and lots and LOTS of PNGs! They dont have to be a sequence of pictures either.

1) open your root exploring app
and head to this directory:
\system\media\

2) once you have clicked the media folder (and you are inside) you can go ahead and CREATE a New Folder. And name it "video".
No capitals.

2a) Make sure the permissions of THIS FOLDER and ALL SUBFOLDERS into
OWNER: RWX
GROUP: R - X
OTHERS: R - X

2b) inside the "video" folder make another one called "shutdown", and again do NOT add capitals.

3) Add your PNGs.
Make sure they are named "shutdown_"
And have the numbers 0-∞ (im not sure the maximum frames that are acceptable.)

3a) make sure to change ownership of each Picture to root.
By long pressing the picture then clicking "change owner" and selecting "root" or "0-root" for both selections.

4) press and hold the power button.
If a menu comes up select shut down or reboot.

Notes: for best results make sure the pictures you use are the same dimensions for your phone.
The prevail is: 320 x 480

For an easier animation sequence, i suggest getting the frames out of a fovorite Gif image.
And turning them into PNGs.

Ill try and provide the link to the gif frame splitter program (for the PC) soon.

CUSTOM ROMs: if you have CTMod it should already all be there. Just replace your pictures with ones already provided.
I dont know if the other roms have this enabled already.
