Well I installed Titanium Backup and I backed up some apps and stuff and now I'm trying to install them back but I don't know how :/ ???

Well you cant restore system apps. If you are on Metro then NY11275 might have the system apps . To restore a regular app , go to the restore tab in Titanium and click once . You will see the option
