Root Titanium Backup - Is it better to delete or freeze bloatware?

I just recently rooted my 2.3.3 evo 4g and I was interested in deleting or freezing the sprint bloatware us titanium backup. Is it better to freeze or delete unwanted apps? Are there any software that shouldn't freeze or delete?

i would freeze first, just in case something doesn't work right with out that app... then, after a few days, i would say it would be safe to delete... IMO

EDIT - tb will show in red, apps that are important to the system, leave them alone...

definitely freeze it first. and be careful on the system apps like esthernob said.
