Root Titanium Backup problems with newer ROMs

Hey all, hoping the community can help me figure out what's going wrong here. I've been running Tranq 3.6 since it came out, and I really wanted to try out some of the other ROMs. I have TiBu set up to back up all my user apps and data every night while I'm asleep, and up to this point I've never had a problem restoring apps with any ROM. I recently switched to GummyJar 2.5 and Rubix 1.9.5 both of which cannot restore any apps or data from TiBu. I've tried:
(1) making sure I'm using the current TiBu app (2) making sure I used the same version as the backups (3) reinstalling TiBu in case of a bad install (4) made another backup of all my apps from a nandroid of Tranq 3.6 in case my original backup was bad (5) I tried Rubix instead of GummyJar and had the same problem. (6) Experimented with TiBu restore settings (7) Tried restoring one app at a time instead of batch restore (8) Redownloaded app and tried to just restore the app data. (9) Made absolutely sure I had root (10) Used BusyBox from the app
So, I'm kinda at my wits end with this - which sucks because I really like GummyJar. I remember reading others had similar issues with another ROM but I couldn't find it again to see if a resolution was ever found. TIA all

I got it figured out, in case anyone else has the same problem. I followed the developers suggestions and have TiBu working perfectly again. I guess the problem is that Tranq 3.6 uses a newer version of BusyBox than TiBu is set up for. To fix: went back to working Tranq 3.6 nandroid. Renamed TiBu backup folder. Hit 'Problems' button inside TiBu to download working BusyBox. Batch backup user apps+data. Once complete Verify backups. On GummyJar now with all my apps!!

Follow up: None of my games restored any of my progress... crud :(

Edit: Angry Birds restored fully, so I'll take it!!! :D

Run the backup verification option, when you see which apps are in red (errors) delete them. Your restores should work from there on out.

also, download busybox installer from the market and run it.

Hope this helps, i know it did for me.
