Titanium backup reboots device

It can usually take me 2 or 3 attempts to do a full backup (all user apps+system data) whereby during the backup operation, the device reboots itself.

Anyone else get this? (I have debugging mode ticked by the way)

No, but I never back up system apps. If an app is active then it may have to be closed in order to back it up; if that happens to a system app it could cause a reboot. Just one theory.....
