I have a EVO 4G rooted and I'm using Titanium Pro. I have another cell phone (Rezound) that is not rooted. Is it possible to copy a paid app from my rooted phone and install on my unrooted phone?

If they are on both the same gmail/google account then yes. However, TB is a root only app, so it won't work on an unrooted device

paid apps are yours to keep and will work on all devices. you do not need tb to do this. just go into the play store>settings>my apps and download whatever paid app you want onto your device.
