well what about the whole rebooting into a greyish screen when i try to reboot into recovery it seems i have no recovery

Download rom manager and it will have an option of installing CWM.. play store.

thank you all who helped me i cant believe i didnt think of rom manager but it worked now heres the issue im having with ail tool this is a complete copy/paste from terminal with trying to reinstall stock recovery

you didnt extract the whole zip... just the mac.command file. the files folder is missing

No the files folder is there I would post a screen but can't cause I'm new but either way I fix my phone turns out I needed to use a different usb port but I couldn't get rooted using aio but I can switch between cwm and stock recovery using it I ended up using framaroot to get rooted

Nandroid manager has an MD5 repair command, but first make sure that if you renamed your CWM backup folder... That it doesn't have spaces in the name
