Help Tool bar in browser

Does any one know how to get the toolbar in the stock browser to remain stationay instead of scrolling with the page? Is it even possible?

I am not sure why he wouldn't post HOW he figured it out, but anyway ...

If you tap the little arrow in the Browser TAB after you are scrolled down, it shows the toolbar again without having to scroll up. That is how I use it anyway.

Hitting menu at anytime while in the browser displays the toolbar. On HTC Desire at least, but I assume it is similar on all Android devices.

Not the case with HC browser. The little arrow key next to the tab title (as previously mentioned) is what you're looking for.

I am positive you can't make the toolbar stationary, went through everything in settings, debug menu and even tried doing some long presses. He probably found out about the white arrow on the tab.

Thanks, this was bugging me. Whilst scrolling on the Xoom is smooth, it can be quite slow which could be a pain on long web pages.
