So yesterday, I went to update my phone, after it updated fully, it told me to "touch the android to begin" So I went to do that... And it didn't work, I went to touch other things like emergency dial, also doesn't work, but my little ball here does work... I got this phone about 4-5 weeks ago, please someone tell me how to fix... Huawei Ascend by the way.

Did you drop it at any point?
If you didn't if i were you, since your stock go to your Stock Android Recovery mode, (Hold Volume up, Hold the call button (the one to the left..), and Power.
You should see a screen pop up after the huawei sign in the boot.
Once your there do a factory reset!
Tell me how it goes from there on.
I see a "wipe data/factory reset" button, when I click it I get these 2 options... "No" and "Yes -- delete all user data...Did you drop it at any point?

Well since you said update and it worked before that, then it is not a hardware issue, maybe a the OS issue
Press yes.. it might work and you dont have to have trouble getting it fix

How'd you get it fix?
It's kinda crazy, but I was at a friends house, and it fell out of my pockets on the floor, witch was wood, everything came out, so when I put the battery back in with the cover, it turned on, and somehow started working... Pretty crazy right? Lol.
