Help Touch to Talk App issue

I am having a problem with my TiKL-Touch to Talk App. I am able to chat with people ONLY if I beep them first. I have tried messing with the setting and didn't seem to help. Also, uninstalled and reinstalled...nothing. Anyone else have this problem? I have the Samsung Captivate.

You may want to uninstall and turn your phone off then turn it back on and reinstall.

You could also, if willing, reset your phone and re-download the app. I would go with Option 1 but its all up to you.
