I've had this phone about three months and have gone through handful of different launchers since getting it. Things started getting laggy so I dumped everything and just went back to stock. Although it doesn't have all the cool bells and whistles, TW might be the smoothest thing I've used do far.

Nova launcher works well for me.

I second Nova Launcher. I would do a clean install followed by installing Nova Launcher. I usually then remove Touchwiz with Titanium backup.
