Root Tranquility 1.5

I honestly think the reboot issues come from ADW. The new update really messed my system up. I switched back to Launcher Pro and removed ADW from system/app. Seems to be better.

I think a lot of you are forgetting this is a multitasking OS that we have all loaded a ton of different apps on and removed. Maany done by programmer that haven't had a lot of experience with Android coding. It may be an app you have installed that is trying to access a blur service or something else that was removed. A reboot It doesn't necessarily mean the ROM is bugged. That is probably why some of us have no issues, some have little issues and some have big issues. We all have different configurations.

I've had stock X reboot, my Dinc rebooted all the time, also stock. Don't jump to conclusions and if you're not ready to try and fix issues you may want to stop loading ROMS. shocking I know:D

Isn't the reason we do this is we like to monkey with stuff? Give it time, try to fix things a random reboot once or twice a day isn't going to kill you. So what if your phone is down for 30 seconds?

Just saying
iono what you have.. but i have all the same apps i did on stock X rom, FlyX final rom and now tranquility.. with stock and flyx, no reboots at all.. how do i know, i go into battery manager and it tells me how long since the last unplug, and thats how i know.. with tranquility, to see if i got a reboot when i'm at work, i do the same thing.. and bam thats how i know it reboots, and just last night before bed, the phone rebooted on me.. at work it rebooted on me. and this is on 1.5

So you never loaded any app or removed any app? And seriously if the only way you can tell if it rebooted is by looking at the battery whats the big deal? I know we don't want them rebooting but if it does once or twice and you don't even notice what was the harm?

I've loaded and unloaded 100's of apps by now:D and I've noticed many uninstall very poorly leaving lots of stuff behind and many seem written by noobs. Also like I said my Dinc rebooted fairly regularly (once or twice per day) before I started flashing roms.

I'm not trying to talk you into anything I just don't personally think its not that big of a deal. But if it is to you by all means revert to one that doesn't reboot your phone.

I got a reboot today when I was listening to pandora...oh well I am still using it

Been running 1.5 since it came out. No reboots. Current up time is 20 hours, and that's only because I turned off my phone last night to try to fix my invisibleshield.

No complaints here :)

I haven't seen a reboot but my battery suggest it happened at least once. I have no other issues and I think it seems a little better in the scroll department so I'm keeping it.

I get calendar fcing when trying to make new appointments. Any ideas? Other than this no other problems yet.

What calendar? Try a different one? Speaking of FC ing I haven't had a FC on my battery reading since applying this ROM.
Now that I said that though it'll fc for the next week straight. LOLl

Already there. I use calendarpad and have the motorola one and google one and none will let me add a new event.

Edit: deleted blurcalendar.apk and all seems well now.
