Trash can

I dont appear to have a trash can on the ascend y201.i am trying to delete icons and in the manual it says put them in the trash can.can anyone tell me what to do please.

Hi

I dont have your phone but normally, to delete an icon from a home page, long press it then drag and drop it on the (red) trash can (and/or X icon) that will appear at top (or bottom depending on android version) of the screen.

Are you trying to remove them completely or just off the home screen? If its the home screen its exactly how the previous person posted. If it's completely then you can do it from app manager in your settings, play store
