Help Triumph USB Not Recognized

MY Triumph Is Not being Recognized By Windows 7...I've tried different ports and cables but no luck I've also tried any cut

Ok, dumb question... I guess you enabled USB mounting when it popped up on the notification bar when you plugged it in?

If so, did you see any new drive letters show up on your computer?

actually usb mounting didn't pop up at all when i connected it

Does the notification light come on the MT like it's charging?

Have you tried it on only one computer and does other things like flash drives connect to the computer?

i tried it on my desktop and it doesn't detect either yes other things connect to my computer's usually detect the triumph and my triumph usually pops up mass USB storage but it doesn't do that it only charges now when connected to pc

Have you tried a different cable?

I know my phone can be real touchy about connecting to my PC, I have to set the phone on a flat service where it won't move and then connect the cable in such a way that it doesn't move at all or my phone may disconnect. Sometimes I have to wiggle the cord (the end where it connects to the phone really) to make the connection work.

it may be that the data pins are dead on the USB port on your MT then. That's all I can really think of. Has it ever connected?

I think you're right...should i call VM and get a replacement?

Well the fact that it shows no signs of connecting at all. Yea I would recommend calling and getting a replacement.

faulty USB port. happens alot, happened to me. Exchange it.
