I'm pretty sure false. While domesticated pigs turn feral quite quickly, they would have to breed with feral ones, meaning the next generation would have tusks, but not them.

I hope so, if 2013 is a repeat, I may not see 2014.

I'm actually a little surprised I made it through 2012 myself!
all pigs are born with tusks if they are let wild they will quickly adapt sometimes as quickly as within one month, by growing tusks and hair. They will also become very aggressive
