Root Trying to ROOT using TacoRoot method

So ive been trying to root for ever, and havent done so. Im pretty close the only thing i need is the: pc36img supersonic s sprint wwe 3.70.651.1 file . I cant seem to find it anywhere! please help. Also why do i need HTC SYNC, if it seems i dont really use it? Thanks in advance

I believe that file is used for unrooting. I think your best bet is to try one of the root instructions for your phone from xdaDevelopers.

in the tacoroot method the file is found there.
