Root [Tweak] egl.cfg

What up, ppl? Found this the other day and have been testing it.
[GUIDE] Disable CPU Rendering - xda-developers

The op has tweaked the egl.cfg to force hardware rendering. Essentially, it disables software rendering on the Adreno200 graphics set. I have noticed on my Revolution, it's a lot snappier and more responsive. It does seem to impact batt life slightly. But no adverse affects I'm diggin' this a lot

So, check it out, I'm curious if/how it would affect the esteem. For s&g's, I'd make a backup.

I don't even know if it works, as it didn't make a difference in anything.
So I just use persist.sys.ui.hw=1

Well I tried it out and I could say I do see a difference on speed and responsiveness running pretty smooth

Yes, been using it for a couple of days now and no issues. Runs great.

not alot of people get excited over so called mods beacause dont take this the wrong way but majority all of it are placebo. kinda of like giving a kid a sugar pill and tell him its for his tummy ache then later he comes back and says he feels better.

Batt life is affected. At least a ten percent decrease in Batt life.
