Root Un-Partition SD Card?

So i was reading up on the forum posts and i saw that the ROM I just flashed doesnt require you to partition your SD card. Well before i read that i partitioned my card. My card is just stock 8Gb and im using the Mik3D ROM from mikmik. So is there a way to unpartition? And I also read that since i partitioned i cant restore to my nandroid dump, is that true?

yep just reformat your card from the phone. you will loose content of the card so make sure to back it up somewhere.
