Unable to remove shortcut

Hi.

After reading this forum to death i decided to finally register

I've got a problem with a shortcut i can't remove, due to it being located
beneath the phone tab on the start screen.

The edge of the shortcut is barely visable under the phone tab, making it impossible for me to click and remove it.

I've tried factory reseting the phone, but the shortcut is still there

Hope someone is able to help

How did you manage to get the shortcut under the phone tab?

maybe uninstall the app its a shortcut for, then reinstall the app

The shortcut is for "persons", so I can't uninstall it :-(

I was dragging it down to the bin and my finger slipped, placing
it there :/

Just a shot in the dark here but if you've done this on a scene that you have saved, can you not just recreate and overwrite the problem one by giving it the same title. Surely that would solve the problem.
