Help Unable to scan WiFi

Hi i have had my phone for a while, about 5 months now, and its been working pretty good until about a week ago. I was trying to connect to my router and it said "Unable to scan networks". First it is a problem with my phone not the router or anything thats all fine. Second i have read other threads about this, and it seems that i have to factory reset my phone. So is there any other way to fix it? Also if i do have to factory reset it how can i backup my data.

do a search for how to back up. but i had the same problem. i had to flash back to stock and start over. its working fine again.

I had the same problem and after I found this forum I reseted my phone (settings/privacy/factory data reset) and is working!!!and I also have everything backed up too

Before doing a factory reset it may be worth trying FXR from the market..I've heard that may work
