Help Unable to send email (Hotmail account)

I am currently unable to send / forward mail, yet I am receiving new messages.

I am getting the message "Your outgoing server does not support TLS. Please verify your outgoing server's security type"

Looking on another thread it would seem that I have the correct settings:

Outgoing server settings:
Login required box - ticked
SMTP server - smtp.live.com
Security type - TLS
Server port - 25

The incoming server settings are also correct (and I can currently receive mail)..

Any thoughts as to why I cannot send mail & what I need to do?

I have the same issue.
I did change my password which kicked off the problem...did you do the same thing?

Security type - TLS

Looks like that's the problem. Change TLS in the outgoing server settings.
