Root Uncustom ROMing your phone

Hi, i was wondering if you can uncustom rom a optimus v back to stock. I am running a older version of BACKside ROM and wanna know how to do it, thanks!

Just restore from the backup you should've made when flashing just boot up into recovery (press and hold the volume down +home button while powering on phone) then select back up and restore (using the volume keys to go up and down, and the camera button to select) then select recovery and select the backup you made.

If you don't want to go back that far then what quacles said. Restore the nandroid you made when you rooted.
