i doubt that they will look at your sd card. i really think that sprint really does not care as much as people think. they are not going to go out of their way to look for evidence of rooting. it has to be pretty obvious that your phone is rooted before sprint will take action. so as long as you unroot then take it in, i think you should be fine.
