Does your partner have a mobile hotspot?

Hi, thanks for your reply. Sorry for our lack of knowledge when it comes to mobile phones. I had to look up what a mobile hotspot is. I understand it is something that able you to connect your phone to your PC, used for tethering. I had a look through the phone and I found something called Wi-Fi Hotspot. We have never used this, could it have been instigated without us knowing it. I really appreciate your help.
