Root uninstalled every preinstalled do help

i uninstalled almost 95% preinstalled apps and now i got only settings option i uninstalled maps, contact , walkman radio browser widgets , messaging every other application during testing no all i can do is attend call make call i can charge mobile by connecting to pc but its not recognised by pc suite or memory card is not recognised by PC i did hard format but apps was not restored i tried flashing but pc not even recognising now my mobile is like some basic mobile just for calling android experts help me

its sony ericsson walkman live wt19i i tried since all supported files in mobile is uninstalled connecting to pc is not recognised i tried hard reset too that too didnt restore pc suite supported files
