Help uninstalled marketplace " fully not only the updates "

so i was messing around with my phone using root access and stuff, and i don't know what came to my mind but i uninstalled the marketplace fully thinking it was easy to get it back, but it's not at all! i tried to install google play store apk but it keep force closing, i guess because it needs the original marketplace " which i deleted :\ " so i searched for the marketplace apk and copied it to system\app using root toolbox and rebooted bust it still doesn't work, so, i really need you'r help i've searched nearly the entire internet with no use it's really frustrating, i'm now using slideme market but it's not the same so, any help

No, because i did a factory reset thinking it will solve the problem but it didn't :\

I have an unlocked Sansung Galaxy Y Duos 6102 and was wondering if its possible to update it from Android 2.3.6 to 4.0, and if so, where can I get the download and how to update it?
