Help Unknown notification appears and disappears

Hi,

I sometimes get a notification which I don't know at the left of the notification bar - See attached image.
When I pull down the notification bar to see what the notification is about, it disappears.

I'm running Jelly Bean 4.1.2.

Does anybody know this one?

That's a new one to me.

It's not a standard Android (or Samsung) notification icon, that's for sure.
