And they won't be switching them over to the AT&T frequencies for at least two years after the merger were to go through.

So your bases are all pretty much covered.

Be real careful with switching over to ATT! A buddy of mine had a contract with ATT before they were taken over by Cinglear and they changed the contract after 1 year!
So buyer BEWARE!!! :eek:

then the contract is void, since they changed the pricing of the contract without the customers signature

My buddy at that time was real PO'ed and it was in the small print that they had posted on the website that they could change the agreement ANYTIME! It also had info that you the customer has to check the website for any changes to the contract!

Check your agreement that came with your phone!
Example Verizon "Important Consumer Information" Page 3 that came with the Droid X! By activating the device you now allow them to do what ever they want after the first 30 days!

The bottom line is walk carefully among the dead and never trust a living ass!
You can't trust anything these carriers say, print or advertize!
 
this is probably true, its like the episode of southpark where you dont read the contract, you will be made as the humancentipad lol
