Help Unlocking LG Optimus F7

I bought this phone off some guy at my barbershop. I was wondering if I could somehow unlock it to use ATT simcards. It is a boost mobile phone, but it had a simcard from sprint already in it. Any ideas guys?

No, the phone isnt a GSM device. it cannot be used with At&t or T-mobile. the card you see inside isnt a sim card, its simply just a card only for LTE useage. That phone can only be used one sprint/boost/virgin and someone actually got it working on Verizon at one point but thats a whole other story. Point is it cannot be used with ATT

is straight talk CDMA? cause if it's gsm then no... it's kinda like FM radio vs AM radio. 2 different types of frequencies. however, your phone is only locked to one. in our case, it's cdma

So you mean there is no any way can make us780 to use GSM card from any carrier? I'm in China, I'm using China Mobile GSM card now. I heard there is a way to unlock the network, isn't mean can be used to any carrier?
Please see the picture, if it still can't use GSM, what's the mean of lock mode off?
