Thanks for the great work on the Rom. Its awesome! I have couple of issues that I am having, and they may have been asked already or in the works. So I apologize if they have been. I have ms323.
First issue- cannot uninstall any apps I have downloaded from the playstore. When I try it reboots the phone. Then when it restarts the app is still there.
Second issue- the hard buttons are not working as I thought they would. The home button doesn't seem to do anything and the menu button acts like the home button should.

Oh yeah, update here, I grabbed the last update a couple days ago and rebooted to twrp. Got rid of the dalvik cache, cache and /data/. Flashed the update (fix hw keymaster ms323) and all my photo issues are gone, I can screenshot now and take pictures, can see all of them in gallery.

Reflash rom...wipe system and cache.. Don't forget flash via TWRP

Only issue I have is the menu button works like the home button and Home doesn't work at all. Also for data it says HSPA.
Did you flash the twrp? and after that use twrp for flashing cm12.1? If you use as recovery cm, it will not work.

He was right TWRP fixed the button issue but now I have an issue with metros 4g data
Model: MS323
Personaly, I do a wipe of all partitions-data, system, cache, and dalvik to have them clean and fresh

When someone sends an F8 to @vm03. I'm guessing that's the variant you're talking about since it's the only variant now that has a broken camera.

There is not a solution until @vm03 gets the F8 sadly. They may never be one until he gets an F8.

What they are meaning is that @vm03 can't fix the camera bug for our D320f8 variant until he gets one into his own hands or someone sends one
