Use a different keyboard app like Swiftkey to change the ones you type/see. It also depends on the app.

Emojis are located in keyboard app. Install keyboard app from LG. I don't know if stock keyboard will be work on custom L rom.

It is very unstable, in Alfa and causes random reboots and bootloops. If you still want to try it, here's the link. You can also search for it in XDA.

Having some kind of bug when trying to transfer files from/to PC to/from external it stops after a while of coping and unmounts itself showing only internal in my PC until I reboot the phone making almost imposible to transfer big files, already tried changing PC, cable and memory. Someone have a clue?

It's been already mentioned several times. Either change usb cable, or use adb push and pull commandd, or use PushBack tool, you can find it here on forum.

Just a small thing to add, If anyone is out of home a lot and doesn't have usb cable or PC with pushback\adb push. Try using Airdroid google app. It does not have the speed of a USB 2.0 (Approximately 1/3 speed of USB 2.0 Cable\ Pushback). But can surely transfer files for you with ease as the UI is totally user friendly. But it surely cannot beat Pushback, so if you have access to Pushback always use that first.

I have that problem when using stock USB cable, but not when I use cable from my gf's phone.... So changing cables (if you can, of course) might help also.
