First Method

Go to settings. Wipe the data of the camera and please press in "force stop" and click on "disable", after, install a other camera app (preferably the lg camera) or another camera apps. after if you can uninstall the camera app with "uninstaller pro" app (the camera of cm 12.1)

Second merhod

Install this apk

Click on the icon of the app on the menue and check your camera.

If those two methods doesn't work, then i don't know other form to fix this problem.

1.) First, I made the passes to make when installing LG Camera closes me in less than 1 second

I tried also with google camera starts but since it works with the front camera and the rear throws me the same thing with Cyanogen

download the latest twrp, then download latest cm12.1 and gapp's. then install twrp (latest) then install rom and gapp's. Im happy with the latest build everything is working good for me and no battery issue. which is kind of strange considering im still having that with most lollipop rom's including nameless rom 5.1.1.

use the method above to try and flash twrp through windows adb. Otherwise if you get a rom loaded onto your phone go onto play store and type, rashr thats what i use to flash recovery. works like a charm.

On the bottom right of the reply box choose upload a file. Select the image you want to upload in the dialog. Once it is uploaded it will give you the option of putting a thumbnail or full size image in the post.
