I've probably spoken too soon :)
I have a small problem now.
So apparently, right after I've updated to version cm-12-20150404, the home button of my D320n is not working as it should. When I press long, nothing happens, I cannot change between apps, nor can I go to home screen (also, it highlights the top first app when i short press it, and it selects the first app on the home page. It creates a square outside the selected app icon). Very odd.
Any help?

I have the same problem with my d320

Update:
Apparently, all versions after 2015-04-04 release have this problem. VM03 should look into this.
The most stable version is the one that still hasn't the NFC fix, so I revert my phone to version 2015-03-28.
Now it's working fine.
I will wait for a more updated version to download.

I am on the newest build "cm-12-20150408-UNOFFICIAL-w5.zip 08-Apr-2015 04:10 240M". Everything works flawlessly including Home button on my D320n, Haven't tried NFC yet. But it says fixed in the changelog. Make sure you follow the correct steps when flashing rom. Here's what I follow or made a habit for my self: Make Backup, Wipe everything except Internal SD and SD Card(Using TWRP 2.8.6.0 Advanced Wipe), Flash Gapps, Flash Newest SuperSu update and then Xposed Framework. Then lastly simply reboot. Everything works flawlessly for me using this steps. Thanks VM03 for this awesome rom and keeping it updated.

I tried the "Resurrection Remix v5.4.0" but without Xposed Framework I found it abit less. So reverted back to CM12 + Xposed. Would have really enjoyed Resurrection Remix on Android 5.0.2. Anyways I am happy for what have right now. Enjoy:)!!!!!.

Ok

so can you guide me through flashing it with an manual?
I will appreciate it.
First of all, make sure you have root on your phone. If you already have root, go to step 2.
Step 1 : If you have CM12, go to settings - about phone - and tap several times on ”Build Number”. Here you have enabled Developer Settings. Go back to settings, and tap on ”Developer Options”. There is a root option. Tap on it and select ”Apps and ADB”
Step 2: Download the TWRP recovery to the SD Card of your phone.
Step 3: Download from the Play Store the app ”Flashify”
Step 4: Open Flashify and select Flash Recovery, then choose the recovery you saved on the sd card/storage.
Then, tap ”Yup” button, wait 6 seconds and flashing should be done.
You can also reboot to recovery from that app.

Thank you so much.
On more questions, would there occurs any problem because of previous cwm installation ?

I am not sure. There should not be problems in the rom after flashing twrp, but if there are problems, make a backup and try a clean reinstall of the rom.
