I'm having this problem too. In the end flashing fails. with the 2nd version of cm13, the rom boots but I have problems about the bATTERY. it went to 3,600+% it says charging even when it is disconnected from the charger. On the latest build no luck, it's stock on cm logo. I downloaded the rom multiple times. still have that problem.

I had the same problem I didn't this if you have a computer download all the cm13 build and put them on your SD card stick SD card in phone boot into recovery wipe everything but your SD card and then go to advanced wipe and change system to fsf2 then flash first cm build then right when you load up FINISH SETUP go back to recovery flash second and so on and wipe data everytime you update. SHOULD FIX

I can confirm that everybit of this ROM is working including theme engine(I have attached some Screenshots for reference and the yellow screen overlay is the blue light filter from play store to save my eye a bit lol

So sorry about that.), Root(built in), Battery Optimization(Per App/or all at once, even more battery saving), Internal Storage(MTP via PC), And everything else I had no restarts so far or freezes. Just a fresh install and everthings perfect. But if its other LG L70 model related that's another story. I have a LG L70 D320n model and its problem free on this ROM. Well I am in the older CM13 11-06 build as you can see in screenshots attached in my earlier post. So I don't understand what you are talking about here now "Well the theme was probably then not compatible with cm13, I thought it said it."

due to the increased system and not enough time I have not updated yet. But will try soon.
I think that before going to the new cm13 build you will be required to repartition your system/data and cache back to stock partition or similar sizes for better usage and flashing of gapps and other system apps.
K I will try in my re-partitioned system partition and report soon.
