Root unrevoked root failed help please

I just attempted to root my Incredible with unrevoked. Followed the instructions to the T. Everything was fine until I got an error message saying "Failed to get root. Is your firmware too new"

Any ideas on that one??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run it again.... its actually pretty common to get that error the first time around
