Root Unroot Questions

I am running 2.3.3 Gb with system version 4.5.605 .I would like to know if there is an easy sure way to unroot this phone. No programs or bloatware have been removed but i do have titanium backup adfree rom manager and rootexplorer installed.Basically just rooted, installed the other programs and just left it at that without changing anything else.
I am not sure what method was used to root,I do believe it was easyroot.I have no unroot button like some of the root programs.
I have been trying to get an understanding of SBF,looks like this takes it back to an earlier version,is this a neccessary step?
I downloaded RSD Lite and bootstrapper, but wanted to check here first in case I don't really need to do this and there is an easier way.
Could i just reroot over the current root with something like Z4Root and use that root programs unroot tool?

sbf is indeed easy. It takes you to 4.5.602. All you have to do is activate your phone from 602 and update it ota. Make sure you do a factory data reset if you want to get your phone to pristine stock with no data trail of anything.

There is an app that will kill any trace of root for you Pete's Root Tools. Look for it on this page. I'll look for it for you too. There's a one button click to unroot. If you want to go to pristine stock from there, you'll have to do a factory data reset.

Hope this helps you! :)
