Root Unroot to 2.1

How do you unroot back to 2.1? I was thinking about rooting but I wanted to unroot to get 2.2 when it/if becomes available .

Stick at the top of the page will guide you through rooting. Why would you want to root for a few weeks (possibly longer) and then unroot? If you are going to root...just stay rooted (you'll still get Froyo, but a rooted Froyo )
