ok tried the ruu and got a fail saying the usb isnt connected and it couldnt run the program. tried it 5 times and same thing. i can take things on and off the sd card with the usb with no prob so i dont know whats wrong
do you have usb debugging turned on? also try setting it to charge only.

ok lets try and run the 4.54 PC36IMG ruu again in hboot then. this is odd. not sure what is happening. maybe try the original card and see if that wil help as well.

well i give up trying to get it to go s-on. now im trying to go to recovery and keep getting a red triangle and cant figure out how to get it to enter recovery. at this point it may be easier to say it was stolen
Well the red triangle is from the ruu that gave you stock rom and recovery. Not exactly sure why your hboot will not take the s-on file.
