Unsure of model s2 t mobile

I'm thinking of going to stock but I'm not sure which model I have it says SGH-T989 but before I rooted it was t989D and I got the phone from koodo and it doesn't say t mobile at top and I don't want to Odin the wrong stock Rom

Hmm that's odd, if it said t989d before root, that's a Telus s2

If your on t mobile, maybe T mobile sometimes uses Telus devices maybe? Like virgin does with sprint.

I want to say yeah since it doesn't seem to be a branded t mobile phone but I'm not 100% sure on that.

I'd be more comfortable waiting until someone with a lot more knowledge can chime in.

Well what carrier is the s2 on and have you been flashing carrier based roms?

It was originally koodo but I unlocked and now I'm with bell I know it said t989d before root right now I'm on aokp 4.1.2

Alright this is a bit over my head, I'd hate to tell you one thing and it possibly bricking your device.

Just so you know it works, I found a post on page 13 of the thread in which a user asks if it works on a t989d, which it does.

Check that guide and install the koodo jellybean stock.

All of these S2's, T-Mobile, Telus and Koodo, are the same and can actually run any of the other's Roms. Since you're phone came from Koodo that's probably the one to flash.

I need quick help i used darkside superwipe and flashed jedi mind tricks now it keeps rebooting on the deiant development screen it loads to top and just repeats what do i do?

Can you still get to recovery? Try a factory reset.

Which recovery are you using?

I reflashed previous ROM its fine now but I wanna try again I was on clockwork from ROM manager

ROM Manager is a crap shoot. Sometimes everything goes right...other times it doesn't. I would use recovery manually to wipe and flash so that you can ensure things get done the right way each time. Glad things seem to be working out for you!
