Help Unwanted Clean Slate

All,

I noticed something peculiar with my Incredible this morning.

It was acting weird yesterday (slow, sluggish) and the unread mail count wasn't updating on the HTC mail widget. I tried to add it again, and got some force close message. So I decide to just restart the phone.

After the restart my home screens are all blank. I had saved my custom scenes, but they aren't showing up there either. Everything (apps) seems to still be installed, and it still recognizes my card.

I tried searching, but couldn't find much on this really. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe try a battery pull to start with? May as well rule out the possible easy stuff first.

That happened to me to on my Droid incredible. I was mad and was about to go crazy. I shut the phone off and took the battery out. Restarted it, not problems since. It's been 4 days since. Hasn't happened again. Best of luck.

Well I just tried the battery pull and it didn't help.

I guess it's not the end of the world; it gives me a chance to see what I really need on the screens.
