Root uot/rtb/cut n hack issue

got something weird going on and wondering if anyone could help and shed some light on this situation....

went to uot, made the stuff i wanted to color up, worked great, except for a couple things. the notification bar, both header and footer, haven't changed a bit, tried to redownload and flash again, nothing. now, the first time i tried to flash it, nothing happened so i hacked everything out and pasted it in. but besides the notification thing, everything is good.
when i installed it, my rtb icon changer, i guess doesn't work anymore? ive tried it over again, changing my signal status to a cyan sideways deal, nothing. pulled the framework, and it shows that it has changed, but, it shows up stock on my phone, no matter what i do (i have changed all of the signal png's to what i was, edited them, digged through and found EVERY one that had to do with signal status) it stays the same....

is there something here that i am missing?

any help is much appreciated at this point.

Rom toolbox and UOT kitchen is for general phone changing. LG uses a custom version of android. I imagine its something similar to rom toolbox but I am sure anyways UOT kitchen only applies changes to systemui and res-framework well the bad news is that a system file called RES_cappuccino is what changes the look of the notification dropdown lest for a couple of items...the fix is simple though if you feel comfortable changing pics in system files...just copy your edited images from UOT into res_cappuccino and replace. this should fix. The begining of this might help you with this process if your unsure: Simple Guide to Theming hope this makes sense. Im not the best at explaining things. LoL

totally forgot about that file, wheres a throw table emoji?!

edit, ive noticed its different, ive been using a huawei ascend as a test for modding .pngs before i use my esteem. im learning, and getting quicker at changes here and there.

thanks dw

Like he said. ^^^^^^^^^^

It's in the Res-Capp apk that the changes you need to take place are located.

bust it open and you will see what you want to change. The png's should be named the same thing so just paste them over. ;)
