Anyone heard what the internal memory on the upcoming Desire HD is going to be - I've heard a few conflicting reports

I've heard 4GB.

But that's probably from 1 of the conflicting sources you've already mentioned. I doubt you'll get anything concrete yet, it's all speculation no matter who you ask at this stage I think.
