Nope it isnt possible, but if our phone had cm7 we could have it.. even cm6 which is actually based on froyo will do..

I think you should probably wait for: kernel source -> CM7
CRT is only a good animation I know of, rest if upto you

My frnd hs a superaosp custom rom 4 his moto quench n it hs sum cool features lyk u can swipe do notifications to remove it 4m d dropdown notification bar.. Cud it put it over dis rom?? .. I love d notification center already bt wud b happy if we cud get better battery life n sum more customizations..

I don't think so, because in Froyo/GB we can clear only all notifications at once.
In ICS, we have choice to clear each separately

Bt my frnds rom wich I ws tokin abt is GB nt ICS..so it may as well happen in froyo.. U'll can atlst put sum toggle switches on d notification Centre rite?..

bit confused as both offer same features !
also what if i want a white clock on this rom !! - the services.jar provided with Hybrid v3 does not work !
