update MoDaCo Rom and Radios

does anyone have a guide to update the modaco rom, and update the radios, i cannot find any... and im not entirely sure how to update the modaco rom without wiping all my data...

Firstly, all your data will be wiped if you do not back it up to your pc first, and secondly there are video tutorials for doing these, very easy to follow at theunlockr.com
