How does it happen accidentally due to icons???i have no idea.
Sam,do what u feel best according to u,it was just my opinion cause different icon colors was not looking good to me.
N u can send me those icon files,may be i can make them same color.

oops you are considering launchers ..
launchers have there personal animations which can be changed !
these animations apply in like in settings app , contacts app ,bla bla bla
for browsers animations change you must use themes available for them !

Over scroll glow and CRT animation are GB + only , they have been ported to CM6 which is actually froyo but for that we need the age old solution...kernel source
