I have flashed it and it is running fine. But i didnt observed what you modified in this kernel. You should list the features added. :)

on which ROM? you tried it?stock ROM or Samroxx ROM.I think it might b stock ROM as that custom ROM is not responding afterboot ,is it?as per samrox144 post did u try overclocking, Wi-Fi,tethering etc
 
i have updated my original post with a fix to my rom try that.........
if still it doesnt work explain how you installed it

I tried it on Stock ROM.......
Tried using setcpu... Its not detecting overclocked frequencies...

thethring, wifi already working on stock rom
 
if u overclock too much like 480-806 it will intiate a panic at which the lights will blink and phone reboot on its own and cpu freq is made stable...nothing will happen to phone

Well, I downloaded the new updated kernel.....

booted into recovery, did wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache and flashed new kernel.... But phone didnt booted, it was showing only Micromax Logo:) Anyhitng i missed?
 
how are you modifying this kernel?? with kernel src code I hope because if not you are wasting your time ;)

and if you have working kernel src plz link me to it ;) but far as I know the kernel src for the a70 isnt available.

playfulgod,

i was not able to download cyanogenmod src due to limited data connection. but still if you need any input, i will try my best to do that..

I am trying to split boot.Img ramdisk files and change little files and try

wont work, what needs edited is compiled into the zImage which is the kernel itself, thus why the src is needed. If it were as simple as extracting the boot.img and editing the ramdisk we'd never need the kernel src and every phone could have a oc'd kernel from day one. ;)

I commend on your efforts tho, just trying to save you all the time working on it when its not gonna work. ;)

Bro, I appreciate you giving time but this wont work!! We have to wait for the Karnel Source!!

Hey guyz i flashed with the new kernel...... n stuck mmx logo now
plz helpp can't boot into recovery :(
plz can any1 expain methods of booting to recovery?
 
i know but button method not working :(
tried home and power key , power and volume up , power and both volume keys but struck on logo :( plz help sam
 
then do you have recovery image in sd crad follow the same method in installing recovery then flash it will come
 
i just have a backup i did from rom manager , and both of ur kernels in sd card
n button method we have to press them simultaneously only ? plz expain button method i wi b highy obliged

just press and hold power off button and volume down button simultaneously .it will boot in recovery.
