Root Update Verizon PRL

I just flashed Myn's Warm Two Point Two (RLS5) on my Verizon Incredible. Now when I try it seems I'm unable to do a PRL update either using the *228 method or through the settings menu on the phone. Does my Incredible think it's a Sprint phone now? Anyone know how to solve this identity crisis so I can get my towers updated?

use *288+

Once you flash a ROM, the *288 dosn't work. So you need to step it up with *288+.

Use the 0 key to put the + sign into the field.

Thanks for the reply. Was begining to think this would get no takers. I tried what you suggested with adding the plus sign in front and got the same result (unable to program message). I think I'll give it a try tonight at home when I'm within my home range.

I tried the +*228 when it dials it puts a 011 in place of the + sign? Any other way to update the prl?

*228+ not the other way around.

Does *22899 work on the ROM?
If it works, that does the same as *228 opt 1 and *228 opt 2, but requires no key press from the user.

OP here hehe. I did get my to update finally using *22899 in my home area. Apparently doesn't like me doing it from my extended network. I verified by trying at work after getting it to update from home and you know what . . . same old we're sorry message from work.
