updated droid x keyboard for dinc

While im loving the new droid x keyboard for ding (as previous 4 month swipe user) I was wondering if the rumors about an update fixing the &amp and vibration were fixed. Thought i heard somewhere that they fixed it.

Amp is fixed. I don't know about vibrate.
